Hatha Yoga is the classical yoga system combining physical asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Unlike dynamic styles, Hatha Yoga focuses on holding poses, which allows deep body work and prepares the body for meditation.
In private sessions, each student receives an individual program based on their physical characteristics, health condition and goals. We work with students of all levels — from complete beginners to those who have practiced for years.
Format: private sessions of 60 or 90 minutes. Home visits possible across Moscow.
