Abhyanga

Traditional Ayurvedic full body massage with warm herbal oils. Eliminates toxins, restores circulation, balances doshas.

What is
Abhyanga?

Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic full body massage performed with warm herbal oils. In Sanskrit, "abhi" means "directed inward" and "anga" means "limb" or "body part."

Unlike Western massage types, Abhyanga works not only with muscles but also with deeper tissues — the nervous system, lymphatic pathways and energy channels (nadis). The session lasts 60-90 minutes and is performed by two therapists simultaneously for maximum therapeutic effect.

Oils are selected individually based on dosha: sesame oil for Vata, sunflower oil for Pitta, corn oil for Kapha.
